What was once Florida's citrus heartland now thrives as a cutting-edge technology hub—and this parking structure's architectural cladding celebrates that transformation. Drawing inspiration from the site's history as an orange grove, we designed a striking facade based on the DNA sequence of the native Florida orange, translating scientific data into a dynamic visual pattern that wraps the garage in meaning and memory.

The result transforms utilitarian infrastructure into a distinctive landmark that honors place while signaling innovation. More than parking—it's placemaking that tells the story of Lake Nona's evolution from agricultural land to innovation district.
